09/17 - 02/18

The graduate collection VER-SACRUM is based on the works of fashiondesigner Emilie Flöge, who lived in 1900s Vienna.
These days common traditional-costume-collections were the startingpoint to focus back to traditional cultural assets.
In our globalised world many people start looking for something to call home. In this work „home“ is defined as a special feeling not as a specific place.
The collection uses elements of the lower franconian costumes (Werntaltracht) and merges them with parts of the classic tailored suit and Jeans. Traditional costumes and todays universal garments encounter each other.
The concept of „takeaway home“ is emerged.
