The HEIMATS collection symbolizes different feelings of home and transfers these into wearable objects. Craftsmanship, slowness and strenuousness are being exposed to build up value and make things worthy of preservation. In a world where everything tends to become faster and faster this work works as an antipole and nurtures recentering and stillness. Only nature materials, cotton and linen, are being used also most of the materials are vintage bulks. The colors are created with plant dying and the natural colors of the material. Mending and repairing are in case of need appreciated and part of the concept as well as handing the pieces down to following generations.
